Why we founded
Aethera Medical.
For over a decade, we witnessed the rapid expansion of aesthetic medicine across India. World-class dermatologists and aesthetic surgeons were transforming patient confidence in metros and tier-2 cities alike.
Yet the distribution infrastructure repeatedly lagged behind. Doctors were confronted with inconsistent gray-market supplies, unvetted formulations prone to causing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on darker phototypes, and distributors who disappeared as soon as a box was delivered.
We founded Aethera Medical LLP with a single guiding thesis: the clinic comes first. If an aesthetic brand is not rigorously proven in its home market, if it is not tested for Fitzpatrick IV to VI skin, and if we cannot support the practicing doctor with hands-on clinical guidance, we will not bring it to India.

We will never sell a product we have not vetted clinically.
If the published scientific evidence does not hold up, or if tolerability on Indian skin is questionable, we will not carry it regardless of commercial temptation.
We will never distribute in a city we cannot service.
Direct accountability requires rapid on-ground presence. Every expansion city receives guaranteed clinical and logistics support.
We will train before, during, and after every introduction.
A superior product without proper procedural education risks patient outcomes. We invest continuously in doctor-to-doctor masterclasses.
We will be transparent about what we do not know yet.
Medicine demands humility. We share genuine clinical nuances, contraindications, and realistic outcome boundaries with every practitioner.
We will build for the long term — not for a quick transactional exit.
Our reputation is tied to the doctors who trust us. We measure our growth solely through the long-term clinical success of our partner clinics.
